📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Prepare and serve a variety of coffee and beverage specialties to guests.
  • Maintain and clean all coffee equipment and supplies.
  • Ensure the coffee bar is stocked with fresh ingredients and supplies.
  • Train and mentor new baristas and staff on coffee preparation techniques.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of the coffee menu.
  • Monitor and maintain quality control standards for coffee and beverages.
  • Provide excellent customer service and ensure a positive guest experience.
  • Work efficiently and effectively during peak hours and special events.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience as a barista or in a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and equipment.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work well in a team and take direction.
  • Familiarity with coffee roasting and brewing methods.
  • Knowledge of coffee beans, flavors, and origins.
  • Ability to learn and adapt to new coffee trends and techniques.
