📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Greet and assist guests upon arrival and departure, ensuring a warm and welcoming experience.
• Process check-ins and check-outs efficiently using our hotel management system (PMS).
• Manage guest reservations and confirmations, and handle any changes or cancellations.
• Provide information about the hotel's facilities, local attractions, and services.
• Handle guest complaints and concerns, resolving issues promptly and professionally.
• Coordinate with housekeeping, dining, and other departments to ensure smooth guest experiences.
• Maintain accurate records of guest information and transactions.
• Promote the hotel's services and special offers to guests during their stay.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• High school diploma or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a front desk or customer service role, preferably in the hospitality industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Familiarity with hotel management systems (PMS) is a plus.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Fluent in both Indonesian and English.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 20 kg.
