📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Conduct regular inspections of M&E construction works to ensure compliance with contractual specifications and industry standards.
• Document and report on inspection findings, including any non-conformities or deviations.
• Work closely with project managers, engineers, and contractors to resolve issues and ensure timely project completion.
• Utilize inspection tools such as AutoCAD, Revit, and other relevant software to analyze and document construction works.
• Stay up-to-date with industry regulations, standards, and best practices.
• Provide training and guidance to junior staff and site personnel.
• Ensure that all construction works meet safety and environmental standards.
• Participate in quality assurance meetings and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in construction inspection, particularly in M&E projects.
• Certification in Construction Quality Assurance or a related field is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian construction regulations and standards.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with inspection tools such as AutoCAD, Revit, and other relevant software.
