📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Analyze and evaluate current business processes to identify areas for improvement.
Design and implement innovative business process solutions using tools like SAP, Oracle, or similar ERP systems.
Lead cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery and stakeholder satisfaction.
Conduct workshops, training sessions, and consultations to educate clients on best practices and new processes.
Monitor and measure the performance of implemented processes to ensure continuous improvement.
Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technological advancements in business process improvement.
Collaborate with clients to understand their business objectives and deliver customized solutions.
Document and report on project progress, challenges, and outcomes for internal and client review.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in business process improvement, with a proven track record of successful project delivery.
Certification in business process improvement methodologies such as Six Sigma, Lean, or Agile.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and creatively.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders at all levels.
Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
Experience working in a multicultural environment, preferably in an international firm or organization.
Familiarity with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or similar is a plus.
