In this role, you will be responsible for creating detailed 2D and 3D models, drafting accurate construction documents, and ensuring compliance with industry standards. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Create and maintain detailed 2D and 3D models using Revit and AutoCAD
• Generate accurate construction documents and drawings
• Collaborate with project teams to ensure design intent is communicated effectively
• Conduct clash detection and coordination using Navisworks
• Ensure all drawings and models comply with industry standards and client requirements
• Participate in design reviews and provide technical support to junior team members
• Stay updated with the latest developments in BIM and ACMV technologies
• Contribute to the development of best practices and standards within the team

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related field
• 1-3 years of experience in BIM modelling and ACMV drafting
• Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and Navisworks
• Familiarity with industry standards such as ACMV, BIM Level 2, and ISO 19650
• Strong understanding of construction processes and materials
• Ability to work well in a team and communicate effectively
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Willingness to travel to project sites as required
