PRIMA Lestari is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Structural Engineer to join our team in Ubud, Bali. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in structural engineering and be able to work both independently and as part of a team.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Design and analyze structural systems for various projects, ensuring compliance with local and international building codes and standards.,Prepare detailed construction drawings, specifications, and reports for project submissions and approvals.,Conduct site inspections and reviews to ensure that construction activities adhere to design specifications and safety standards.,Collaborate with architects, project managers, and other stakeholders to integrate structural design with overall project objectives.,Stay updated with the latest developments in structural engineering practices and technologies.,Mentor and guide junior engineers and technicians, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.,Ensure all projects are completed on time and within budget, while maintaining high-quality standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Structural Engineering or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience in structural engineering.,Professional engineering license (PE) or equivalent is a plus.,Strong knowledge of structural design software such as ETABS, SAP2000, or similar.,Familiarity with building codes and standards relevant to Bali and Indonesia.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with multidisciplinary teams.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
