📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Design and oversee the structural aspects of luxury villa projects, ensuring compliance with local building codes and international standards.,Conduct structural analysis and calculations to ensure the safety and stability of the villas.,Collaborate with architects, interior designers, and contractors to integrate structural solutions with the overall design of the villas.,Inspect and review construction plans, drawings, and specifications to ensure structural integrity.,Provide technical guidance and support to the construction team during the building process.,Ensure that all structural work meets quality standards and is completed on time and within budget.,Maintain and update structural records and documentation for each villa project.,Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in structural engineering.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Structural Engineering or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in structural engineering, preferably in the hospitality or luxury property sector.,Proficiency in structural design software such as ETABS, SAP2000, or similar.,Strong understanding of local building codes and regulations in Bali.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with a diverse team.,Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.,Knowledge of construction materials and techniques.,Familiarity with BIM (Building Information Modeling) is a plus.
