🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a senior operational management role in a similar industry.,Strong knowledge of operational management principles and best practices.,Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with all levels of the organization.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.,Familiarity with ERP systems and other operational management software is a plus.
