CV Harapan Baskoro is seeking a motivated and experienced Senior Instructor to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality training and development programs to our employees. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in instructional design and a passion for helping others grow and develop.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and deliver engaging and effective training programs.,Assess employee training needs and design appropriate training solutions.,Provide ongoing coaching and mentoring to employees.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure training programs align with organizational goals.,Maintain accurate records of employee training and development activities.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in training and development.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Education, Human Resources, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in instructional design and training and development.,Strong knowledge of learning theories and instructional design principles.,Excellent communication and presentation skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.,Certification in instructional design or training and development is a plus.
