📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and coordinate the company's fleet of vehicles, including scheduling maintenance, tracking fuel consumption, and monitoring vehicle performance.,Ensure all vehicles are in compliance with safety regulations and company policies.,Coordinate with drivers and maintenance staff to resolve any issues or concerns related to the fleet.,Develop and implement strategies to improve fleet efficiency and reduce operational costs.,Monitor and report on fleet performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.,Ensure all necessary documentation and records are maintained for each vehicle in the fleet.,Assist in the recruitment and training of new drivers and maintenance staff as needed.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in fleet management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Transportation, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in fleet coordination or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of fleet management software and systems.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.,Familiarity with safety regulations and compliance requirements in the transportation industry.
