This role is crucial in driving the growth of our renewable energy solutions, particularly in the PLTS (Pembangkit Listrik Tenaga Surya) sector. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, technical expertise, and a passion for sustainable energy solutions.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement sales strategies to increase market share and revenue in the renewable energy sector.,Identify and pursue new business opportunities, both domestically and internationally.,Provide technical support and guidance to clients to ensure successful implementation of PLTS projects.,Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless project execution and customer satisfaction.,Conduct market research and analysis to stay ahead of industry trends and competitor activities.,Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.,Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and other industry events to promote our products and services.,Monitor and report on sales performance and market trends to senior management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, business development, or a related field in the renewable energy sector.,Strong technical knowledge of PLTS systems and components.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Understanding of Indonesian market dynamics and regulations.,Valid driver's license and willingness to travel.
