📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and food and beverage ordering.,Ensure that all food and beverage items are prepared and presented to the highest standards of quality and safety.,Maintain a clean and organized restaurant, including all kitchen and dining areas.,Develop and implement marketing and promotional strategies to attract and retain customers.,Manage and mentor a team of employees, providing guidance and support to help them achieve their goals.,Monitor and analyze sales and financial performance, and make data-driven decisions to improve profitability.,Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed, and that the restaurant is compliant with all local laws and regulations.,Build and maintain positive relationships with suppliers, vendors, and other stakeholders.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role in the food service industry.,Proven track record of success in restaurant management and operations.,Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.,Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.,Knowledge of restaurant operations, including food and beverage preparation, inventory management, and cash handling.,Understanding of health and safety regulations, and a commitment to providing a safe and welcoming environment for all guests.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks and responsibilities simultaneously.,Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems and other restaurant management software.
