As a Parent Relations specialist, you will monitor, analyze, and report on parental feedback regularly, designing and organizing parent engagement activities that align with our school's mission.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Monitor, analyze, and report on parental feedback to maintain parent satisfaction and trust in MNS.
• Design, organize, and implement parent engagement activities, such as workshops, forums, and events.
• Develop and maintain communication channels to ensure parents are informed about school activities, policies, and student progress.
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and other stakeholders to create a cohesive parent-school partnership.
• Conduct surveys and gather feedback to identify areas for improvement in parent communication and engagement.
• Assist in the development and implementation of parent education programs to support student success.
• Build and maintain relationships with parents, addressing their concerns and providing support as needed.
• Stay updated on best practices in parent communication and engagement, and apply these insights to enhance our strategies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, Communications, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in parent relations, school administration, or a similar role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with parents and stakeholders.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel for data analysis and reporting.
• Experience with parent communication tools such as email, social media, and school websites.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple priorities.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to gather and interpret feedback effectively.
• Familiarity with educational standards and best practices in parent engagement.
