Sentral Krisna Auto Service is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Operations Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our auto service center, ensuring that all services are delivered efficiently and effectively. You will work closely with our team of mechanics, technicians, and support staff to maintain high standards of customer service and vehicle quality.

Oversee the daily operations of the auto service center, ensuring that all services are delivered efficiently and effectively.,Manage and mentor a team of mechanics, technicians, and support staff, providing guidance and support to help them achieve their goals.,Develop and implement operational plans and procedures to improve efficiency and productivity.,Monitor and analyze performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.,Ensure that all services are performed in accordance with industry standards and regulations.,Maintain a high level of customer service, ensuring that all customers are satisfied with the quality of service provided.,Manage inventory and procurement, ensuring that all necessary parts and supplies are available to support operations.,Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors and suppliers to ensure a steady supply of quality parts and services.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Technology, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role in the automotive industry.,Strong knowledge of automotive repair and maintenance procedures and techniques.,Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and implement solutions to operational challenges.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders.,Familiarity with inventory management and procurement processes.,Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment and meet tight deadlines.
