📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and food preparation.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as food safety standards.,Monitor and maintain high standards of quality and customer service.,Develop and implement operational procedures and protocols to improve efficiency and productivity.,Manage and train staff to ensure they understand and adhere to company policies and procedures.,Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify areas for improvement.,Work closely with the management team to ensure that all aspects of the restaurant are running smoothly.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Proven experience in operations management in the food service industry.,Strong knowledge of health and safety regulations, as well as food safety standards.,Excellent leadership and communication skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Proficient in using computer software and technology for inventory management and staff scheduling.,Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., hospitality, business, or food service management).,Previous experience in a supervisory or management role is a plus.,Familiarity with the Indonesian labor laws and regulations is a plus.
