📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.,Provide expert advice and guidance to retail clients on product selection, merchandising, and sales techniques.,Build and maintain strong relationships with retail clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.,Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities for sales growth.,Train and mentor junior sales consultants to ensure consistent performance and customer satisfaction.,Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management.,Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and other sales events to promote our products and services.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in the retail sales field.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail sales consulting or a similar role.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.,Strong knowledge of retail industry trends, products, and services.,Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.,Proficiency in using sales software and tools.,Valid driver's license and ability to travel for business purposes.
