📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the nursing department.,Manage and mentor a team of registered nurses and nursing staff.,Ensure compliance with all relevant healthcare regulations and standards.,Develop and implement nursing care plans for patients.,Coordinate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive patient care.,Monitor patient progress and provide regular updates to the medical team.,Ensure the availability of necessary medical supplies and equipment.,Participate in staff training and development programs.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Nursing.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role within a healthcare setting.,Certification in advanced nursing practices (e.g., Critical Care, Emergency Nursing).,Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations and standards.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks.,Fluency in Indonesian and Tetun (preferred but not mandatory).,Valid nursing license and registration with the relevant healthcare authority.
