📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement learning and development programs that align with the company's goals and objectives.,Identify and assess the learning needs of employees and develop training programs to address those needs.,Design and deliver training programs, workshops, and coaching sessions to help employees develop their skills and knowledge.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure that learning and development initiatives are integrated into the overall business strategy.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in learning and development.,Provide guidance and support to employees who are seeking to advance their careers.,Measure and report on the success of learning and development initiatives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in learning and development, with a proven track record of success.,Strong knowledge of learning and development theories and practices.,Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Familiarity with learning management systems and e-learning platforms.,Ability to travel as needed.
