📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures,Provide room service and concierge services as needed,Maintain a clean and tidy guest room and public areas,Handle guest complaints and concerns professionally,Assist with event planning and execution,Ensure the safety and security of guests and the property,Perform other duties as assigned by the management

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum high school diploma or equivalent,Previous experience in hospitality or related field is a plus,Good communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines,Familiarity with basic cleaning and maintenance tasks,Fluent in English and Indonesian,Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays,Ability to lift and carry up to 20 kg
