Agung Dian Bakery is looking for a dedicated and customer-focused Teller to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, handling transactions, and ensuring a smooth and efficient banking experience. This is a hybrid position, offering flexibility and a dynamic work environment.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide excellent customer service to clients and visitors.,Handle cash and non-cash transactions accurately and efficiently.,Assist customers with account inquiries and transactions.,Maintain accurate records of all transactions.,Ensure compliance with banking regulations and internal policies.,Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly and professionally.,Collaborate with other team members to achieve daily targets.,Perform other duties as assigned by the manager.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer service or banking role.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Basic knowledge of banking operations and procedures.,Familiarity with Microsoft Office, especially Excel.,Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.,Good time management and organizational skills.,Fluency in Indonesian is required.
