📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement HR strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives.,Manage the recruitment and selection process to attract and hire top talent.,Oversee employee onboarding and offboarding to ensure a smooth transition.,Administer and manage employee benefits and compensation packages.,Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees.,Maintain a positive and inclusive workplace culture.,Handle employee relations and conflict resolution.,Comply with all relevant labor laws and regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management in a similar industry.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using HR software and tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with data analysis and reporting is a plus.,Fluency in both Indonesian and English is a requirement.
