📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

• Manage and coordinate fleet operations, including scheduling, routing, and maintenance.
• Monitor fuel consumption and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
• Coordinate with drivers and other stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of goods.
• Maintain accurate records of fleet performance and generate reports as required.
• Ensure all vehicles are properly inspected and maintained according to schedule.
• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.
• Participate in training and development programs for drivers and other team members.
• Contribute to the development of fleet management policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Transportation, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in fleet coordination or a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of fleet management software and tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Familiarity with Indonesian traffic laws and regulations.
