🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 8 years of experience in event management, production, or a related field, with a proven track record of innovation and success.
• Proven expertise in event strategy, planning, and execution, with a strong portfolio of successful events.
• Deep understanding of the latest trends and technologies in event production, including immersive experiences, virtual reality, and interactive installations.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to oversee multiple events simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
• Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and industry partners.
• Proficiency in event management software, such as Eventbrite, Cvent, or Bizzabo.
• Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
