📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Perform routine maintenance and inspections on EDC devices to ensure optimal performance.
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues promptly.
• Install, configure, and update EDC systems according to client requirements.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Provide technical support to retail and banking clients.
• Document all maintenance activities and issues for future reference.
• Collaborate with the IT team to implement system upgrades and improvements.
• Train staff on the proper use and maintenance of EDC devices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 2 years of experience in EDC maintenance and repair.
• Proficient in using EDC systems such as Verifone, NCR, or Ingenico.
• Knowledge of POS (Point of Sale) systems and their components.
• Familiarity with Windows operating systems and basic networking concepts.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Valid certification in EDC maintenance or a related field is a plus.
