📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Analyze and evaluate current business processes to identify areas for improvement.
• Design and implement innovative business process solutions using tools like SAP, Oracle, or similar ERP systems.
• Lead cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery and stakeholder satisfaction.
• Conduct workshops, training sessions, and consultations to educate clients on best practices and new processes.
• Monitor and measure the performance of implemented processes to ensure continuous improvement.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technological advancements in business process improvement.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their business objectives and deliver customized solutions.
• Document and report on project progress, challenges, and outcomes for internal and client review.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in business process improvement, with a proven track record of successful project delivery.
• Certification in business process improvement methodologies such as Six Sigma, Lean, or Agile.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and creatively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Experience working in a multicultural environment, preferably in an international firm or organization.
