📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement business development strategies to drive growth and expansion in the maritime industry.,Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and relationship building.,Collaborate with sales, marketing, and operations teams to ensure successful project execution.,Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.,Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and threats.,Prepare and present regular reports on business development activities and progress.,Participate in industry events, conferences, and trade shows to promote the company's products and services.,Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.,Strong understanding of the maritime industry and its key players.,Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools is a plus.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
