📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement sustainability strategies and initiatives to reduce our environmental footprint and promote social responsibility.
• Monitor and report on our environmental performance using the Spritzer Sustainability Platform and other relevant tools.
• Conduct environmental audits and assessments to identify areas for improvement and ensure compliance with environmental regulations.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, including suppliers, partners, and local communities, to integrate sustainability practices into our operations.
• Educate and train employees on sustainability best practices and our environmental management system.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest sustainability trends, regulations, and certifications, such as ISO 14001 and LEED.
• Participate in sustainability-related projects and events, both within Spritzer and in the broader Bali community.
• Work closely with the Sustainability Manager to achieve our sustainability targets and contribute to our long-term environmental goals.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Sustainability, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in sustainability, environmental management, or a related field, with a focus on the tourism or hospitality industry.
• Strong knowledge of environmental regulations, certifications, and best practices, such as ISO 14001 and LEED.
• Proven experience in developing and implementing sustainability strategies and initiatives.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and project management skills.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Familiarity with sustainability software and tools, such as the Spritzer Sustainability Platform, is a plus.
• Passion for sustainability and a commitment to making a positive impact on the environment and community.
