📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the planning, scheduling, and coordination of production activities,Monitor production processes to ensure efficiency and quality standards are met,Conduct regular inspections and audits of production areas to identify and address issues,Maintain accurate records of production data and performance metrics,Coordinate with team members to ensure tasks are completed on time and within budget,Implement and enforce safety protocols and procedures in the production area,Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of production processes,Provide training and support to junior staff to improve overall production performance

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Production Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field,Minimum of 2 years of experience in production supervision or a similar role,Strong knowledge of production planning and scheduling software,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines,Familiarity with quality control and safety standards,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite,Ability to travel within Sulawesi Selatan as required
