📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Support the General Manager in the overall management and operation of the company.
  • Oversee the operations of various departments.
  • Ensure that the company's goals and objectives are met.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve company performance.
  • Manage and mentor a team of managers.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Represent the company in meetings and events.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients and stakeholders.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Proven track record of success in general management.
  • Strong leadership and management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Familiarity with company policies and procedures.
  • Fluency in Indonesian and English.
