Our client, a leading company in the Manufacturing, Transportation & Logistics sector, is seeking a dynamic professional to join their team in Kelapa Gading, Jakarta Raya. This role offers a unique opportunity to manage and optimize tax processes, ensuring compliance and efficiency in a fast-paced environment.

As a FAT Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the company's tax operations, including tax planning, compliance, and reporting. You will work closely with internal teams and external advisors to ensure accurate and timely tax filings. This position requires a proactive and detail-oriented individual with a deep understanding of Indonesian tax laws and regulations.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage the company's tax operations, including tax planning, compliance, and reporting.
Ensure accurate and timely tax filings and payments, working closely with internal teams and external advisors.
Develop and implement tax strategies to minimize the company's tax liability while ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
Monitor and analyze tax-related transactions to identify potential risks and opportunities.
Prepare and present regular tax reports to senior management and external stakeholders.
Stay up-to-date with changes in tax laws and regulations, and provide recommendations for adjustments to tax policies and procedures.
Build and maintain strong relationships with tax authorities and external advisors.
Ensure compliance with all tax-related internal policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in tax management, preferably in the Manufacturing, Transportation & Logistics sector.
Proficiency in Mandarin, both written and spoken.
Strong knowledge of Indonesian tax laws and regulations.
Experience with tax software such as SAP Tax, Oracle Tax, or similar.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
