📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with beauty salons, spas, and retail outlets in Bali.
• Drive sales of ClorisMEN’s premium beauty products through effective sales strategies and techniques.
• Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients.
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
• Manage and track sales performance using Salesforce and other CRM tools.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to promote sales events and special offers.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the beauty and cosmetics industry.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets in a competitive market.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Excellent customer service and relationship-building abilities.
• Proficiency in using CRM tools such as Salesforce.
• Familiarity with the beauty and cosmetics market in Indonesia.
