📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Lead and manage engineering teams, overseeing project planning, execution, and delivery.
• Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
• Collaborate with architects, contractors, and clients to ensure seamless project execution.
• Leverage AutoCAD, Revit, and other industry-standard software for project design and documentation.
• Conduct regular site inspections and audits to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the engineering team.
• Develop and implement risk management strategies to mitigate project risks.
• Contribute to the development of sustainable and environmentally responsible construction projects.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in construction project management.
• Certification in Project Management Professional (PMP) or similar industry-recognized certification.
• Proven track record of successfully managing complex construction projects.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other industry-standard software.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
