• Implement the Montessori curriculum to create a stimulating and engaging learning environment for children aged 3-6 years.
• Guide children in independent learning, fostering their natural curiosity and creativity.
• Assist in preparing and presenting Montessori materials, ensuring they are clean, organized, and ready for use.
• Collaborate with the teaching team to plan and execute educational activities and events.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and inviting classroom environment, adhering to Montessori principles.
• Maintain accurate records of children's progress and development.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Montessori Education, or a related field.
• Certification in Montessori Education (e.g., AMI, AMI-USA, or other recognized Montessori certification).
• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience teaching in a Montessori or early childhood education setting.
• Strong knowledge of the Montessori curriculum and classroom management system.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Passion for early childhood education and a commitment to the Montessori philosophy.
• Fluency in both English and Indonesian languages.
